Day 127 Comparison Picture

Day 127 Progress

 

Day 127. 

I reached my goal of doing 5 sets of 5 compound exercises this month.

My weight goes up and down daily, but I seem to average about a pound or so of weight loss a month.

I feel like the weight loss progress is slow, but when I compare my weekly photos... I see progress.

 

I'm on my 4th month of my 12th month plan.
