I'm a 35 year old, overweight, bordering obese, perpetually tired IT support drone / gamer / beekeeper/ astronomer.I'm sick of being tired all the time, sick of having to buy ever increasing size clothes, and sick of getting out of breath walking up hills. Given I live on top of a hill, with the train station at the bottom, that is a big annoyance.I joined here a while back, but fell off the wagon, back into my pit of poor diet and no exercise.
