Bad lungs and dancers ankles and knees don't make for good jogging/running tools. Also I cooked a meal last night and didn't have any acid reflux. and actually cooked something. WHAT?! That's unheard of. Everything gives me reflux...everything. PeppersChickenLemon JuiceArtichoke heartsSalt + PepperEVOO And a hot pan and help me it was delicious. Yum yum. And I've never cleaned okra before. (WHAT?! I know) There's nothing to cleaning okra. Wash it and snip the tips off with a knife. After that it's just chopping however you like.
