MooseSide
This past sunday I ran (without walking for any part!) and completed the Tough Mudder course in Az! A feat which six months ago when I signed up for the event I would not have been able to do. In that time I have lost about 6lbs, not a lot. However, also in the time I have dropped from 24%bf to 15%bf, which after extremely complex calculations I have found is a net loss of about 19lbs of fat and an increase of 13lbs in lean mass! I am now going to continue working on getting my two-mile time down, increasing my pushups and pullups. Quote Link to comment

adampm
Congrats! Omaha is having one this year and some of the people at my gym are already talking about it. Haven't done anything like that since boot camp 20 years ago. Quote Link to comment
