Hello everyone,

I first heard about nerd fitness years ago through Google. Needless to say I wasn't ready to make any changes at that time. Now, I'm 26, 270 lbs, 5'10", and ready to make some changes. All together I'm on about 10 different medications for health issues.

So here's my goals:

Alter body composition to be less than 10% body fat.

Healthy eating - starting with AutoImmune Protocol to attempt to determine if there are food sensitivities that are causing my health issues.

First step is finding a vegetable that I like to eat and begin incorporating that. I've started doing body weight exercises already (thank you NF!) and am really looking forward to cleaning up my life.
