Hail and howdy, Nara here. :)

Came across this site (like all good things) by accident, and found that a lot of the things I've been doing have ACTUALLY been on the right track (that's pretty good for a lefty!)

Looking to go from 224lbs (I AM building some more stength and muscle right now, but the numbers havent' budged. meh, its been a month) to under 180lbs, which is about where I was when I met my husband.

I chase my 2-year old lil' Batman between bouts on Final Fantasy, Poker on XBOX Live, and fiding everything I can to run through my juicer.

Yeah, this site is full of great tips, interesting articles and moral support. Everything you need to succeed.

FYI, Carrot, apple and ginger through the juicer is good stuff.
