If you're talking about the fakeon you get from Subway/maccas/any fastfood outlet, i feel you. But not full rashers bought from the butcher...Sour mango dipped in chilli sugar. I've been able to get some tasty bacon otherwise, but something about US bacon makes it a bit different from the kind that's here.On a side note, props to anyone who remembers Eddy Murphy talking about prk belly and how the way it was trading (in trading places w/dan ackroyd) would stop people from buying G.I.
