_ktu Posted January 25, 2012 Report Share Posted January 25, 2012 Hey everyone,I just stumbled across Nerd Fitness a few weeks ago when I finally decided that I want to be in shape dammit. Making up for 26 years of a sedentary lifestyle is a little tough, so I hope I won't have to do this alone. I'm currently trying to work out at least 30 minutes a day and throw in some boxing/yoga/running when I don't feel so lazy. I second Shmikey about the goals - it helps to have at least ONE specific (like really specific) thing you want to accomplish, so that you have a clear goal of what you're working towards.
