Spongela Posted January 27, 2012 Report Share Posted January 27, 2012 So my glutes have been really sore since when playing a basketball match over a week ago, to put it finely i landed smack on my ass, so this area has been killing me ever since. I was working out yesterday and i got a huge pain in that area when trying to do x jumps. Is there any specific stretches i can do to help? Quote Link to comment
