MadtownMatt
Hello, Rebels! I came across this site a week ago, and absolutely love it! There are a ton of great articles that are fun to read and apply to my fitness quest. A little bit about me....I'm a 27 year old Army veteran that has been at a desk job for the past 3 years. During my time in the military, I was a fit 5'10" 170 lb, but after moving on from the Army, I saw my weight creep to an all time high of 252 lbs. in March 11'. I have been really hitting the gym hard the past 3 months and am now at 211lbs. and falling. I've been looking for a website/community with a lot of information that is also fun to read. I think I found that at NerdFitness. So, here we go...I don't want to make any hard weight goals, but by late March I want to run a 5K, by June a 10K, and by September a half-marathon. I know that half-marathon is a lofty goal, but it would be sweet! Quote Link to comment
