My first woot

Last week I decided to just go for it and make a change for the better. I went strict paleo and didn't fall off the wagon once! I feel great and the food is fantastic. Even the trainer at my boxing gym noticed a change. He said I was getting stronger and had more energy. Major WOOT!!!
