Crxmahan
Well hello everyone... Long time nf reader but new on the forums. Im on my phone which has a habit of randomly deleteing everything I type sometimes so i'll keep this fairly short. In high school I was an alpha male, I had more girls and friends than nessicary. I was popular, on honor roll, I played hockey and could eat a horse and not gain a pound.Well like all good things high school ended, I went to auto college, got off my adhd meds, and started smoking weed and cigs all day. Fast forward three years to 2011 im 270lbs, no longer smoking weed all day but still lazy, but im working 70 hours a week doing manual labor. About this point I realize ive lost a little weight, but I want more. While having a late night smoke I was looking up freerunning basics and came across NF I cleaned up my diet and lost another couple of pounds Awesome! Now I work out 3 times a week. Im in good shape and my weight is slowly coming off. Still I cant seem to get into any cardio. Things about me: I'm leet at counterstrike I've played since 1.3, I am a beast on skyrim right now, I am a huge movie buff ive seen em all, and I bmx. Anyway im a adhd mess so this follows no real structure but I hope it is followable. Quote Link to comment
