Mind Link Shapes Posted February 5, 2016 Report Share Posted February 5, 2016 I was able to do 25 wide front pull-ups this morning, far surpassing my original record of 18! If you haven't been following my challenge in the druid forum (Which I'm sure you probably haven't). I used a technique called 'strength of the gorilla druid shapeshift mode'. I knew I was going to start lagging around 10 and 16 pull-ups. I thought of my silly 'gorilla mode' and was able to power through! What I think happens is the adrenaline kicks in and I am able to do more than I usually am able to do. Anyways, woot woot! I'm going to try this technique in other parts of my life.
