Heatwave
I joined Nerd Fitness a little over six months ago. Since then, I've gotten rid of some bad eating habits, gotten stronger and gained confidence. Last night, my 9 y/o daughter and I won 2nd place at the Father-Daughter Valentine's Day dance?! Before NF, you would of found me grazing the buffet - instead of on the dance floor. 3 Quote Link to comment

Heatwave
The dance style was just songs you would typically would hear at an American wedding. Our 'style' probably looked like we had ants in our pants?!-Heatwave Quote Link to comment

wassermelon
That's awesome! I got into social dancing last year (swing, waltz, contra) and I freak out when folks bring their kids! I love, love it! My father would rather tease me than try. And second place? You rock!! 1 Quote Take pride in yourself, take care of business, exercise because it's fun and you're in for life!
