Day 180 of my 360 Day Plan: Photos

Day 180 Progress

 

 

I've made it to my halfway mark today!  Day 180 out of 360.

 

I've been sick this past week, so I haven't been able to do my sprints or lift weights.  I ate way too much junk food this past weekend when visiting friends and enjoying the Super Bowl.  I wonder if being around a lot of people (new germs), eating poorly and drinking way too much alcohol got me sick.  I'm saying it did... that should help convince me not to do those things. 

 

Being sick this week has zapped my motivation.  I feel as soon as I get back into the gym - I will be able to relight that fire.

 

On a positive note, my wife has also started working out and eating paleo.  I told her getting in shape will be 90% diet.  I feel like she is on board now... which I'm pretty happy about!
