"Rules for the deconditioned lifter"

Recommended Posts

Thought this article might find a good home here for people who are climbing back on the rocking horse.

Is a pretty good read from Juggernaut Strength about how to fill your health meter back up.

The rules are geared towards lifters yes, but you could apply them to any facet of training.

Less volume than you think. TICK.

Submaximal training. TICK

Recover like its your job. TICK.

Remember you're in it for the long haul. TICK.
