Hello!
 

I am not very good at introductions but here goes.

 

My name is David, I'm 26 and from Liverpool in the United Kingdom. About three years ago I lost 6 stone, and in the past two years I have put about 2 stone back on d'oh. I have lost all motivation to exercise and when I do get to the gym I do barely anything. So I recently decided to get a personal trainer, someone to motivate me and teach me to use free weights specifically. I have my first session tomorrow morning and am both excited and a little bit scared! I have also got a fitbit so if anyone wants to friend me let me know, I am liking the step competition as it gives me something to focus on (being competitive helps also!)I
