Eternal_Ronin
Hey! So I did an introduction months ago and I just kinda dropped off the end of the world. Anyhow, I'm giving this thing another shot and getting ready for the next challenge, so here goes! I'm a mechanic, working on commercial aircraft, Marine veteran and sci fi nerd, and when I’m not at work or working out, I’m flying around looking for trouble in New Eden. Not much has changed since last I tried this out, I gained around 30-35 pounds after getting out of the Corps in 2014 and I really am tired of it and I want to get rid of it. How to do it? Well I'm gonna work on all my weaknesses and make them strengths. I’ll also be working with my food/workout log and keep track of the stuff I put in my body. I’m already trying to watch my intake and it’ll go into full effect next challenge. Anyhow, I’m excited to get rid of these pounds! On the meantime, anyone else flying around EVE? Lee Jun-fan
Hey Eternal_Ronin. Welcome back and good on you for not giving up on yourself. Don't forget the battle is not against the fat but against your mind. Conquer the mind and the body will obey. Eternal_Ronin
The mind is easy to persuade in my case, I'm just enjoying everything in moderation until the next challenge, then it's on! Quote -"6 packs aren't made in all you can eat buffets" Link to comment
