I joined a Quidditch team a couple of years ago, and about two months ago I started basic strength training. Honestly, I haven't really thought about all of this stuff before. It can be a lot. Right now I'm focusing on becoming more health-conscious and building healthier habits, even if they're not optimal. Taggat Posted March 6, 2016 Report Share Posted March 6, 2016 Hey there K, welcome to the rebellion!This stuff can indeed be daunting if you look at it on whole but the generally accepted wisdom around here is start small just like you're doing.I recommend the app myfitnesspal to start tracking what you fuel yourself with.
