Hi, everyone!

I'm a former couch potato determined to make exercise a part of my daily life. I joined a Quidditch team a couple of years ago, and about two months ago I started basic strength training.

Honestly, I haven't really thought about all of this stuff before. It can be a lot. Right now I'm focusing on becoming more health-conscious and building healthier habits, even if they're not optimal. As I get used to taking care of myself, I'll train harder and upgrade those habits.

If you're in the same boat, say hi! I'd love to have an accountabilibuddy

Hey there K, welcome to the rebellion!

This stuff can indeed be daunting if you look at it on whole but the generally accepted wisdom around here is start small just like you're doing.

I recommend the app myfitnesspal to start tracking what you fuel yourself with. It's amazing what happens when you start paying attention to the stuff you put in your face hole.

Small steps over time will add to huge leaps.

Feel free to add me on myfitnesspal user name xxtaggatxx
