After about a month of paleo, I'm ready to introduce myself to the community.

Making strides to improve my health in 2012, and I'm down 20 lbs so far.

Would like to start with crossfit in the spring, but for now I'm working on the 100 pushups program, kettlebell swings, and half-pullups.
