hesaki
This is the first time I've ever completed any sort of fitness program! Also, in the process of completing it I've discovered I don't hate running as much as I thought. Now to keep at it to improve on my distance and time. 3 Quote Link to comment

hesaki
Thanks everybody! It was a tough two months, and many mornings of not wanting to wake up just to go and try to freeze my lungs out of my chest. girljen - Week 4 was about where I started to feel my body better able to handle the runs. Good job on getting to the halfway point, and keep on pounding the pavement/asphalt/treadmill/whatever surface you're running on! Quote Link to comment

hesaki
Ojara - Yes we can! Just remember to listen to your body, and understand that if you have to adjust your schedule slightly to not destroy yourself, go for it. Geek On Fire - I do plan to keep running for at least 30 minutes twice a week, while I shift my focus a bit more to my bodyweight training on 3 days a week. I think Saturday or Sunday will be a long walk around town, just to get the blood flowing and process the week. Quote Link to comment
