Fthree Posted March 23, 2016 Author Report Share Posted March 23, 2016 Appreciate the welcome! Typically one Bp a day about 3/4 movements per. Reps stay between 6/12 per set. I run about 5/6 times a week in the ams. (Usually 6-10 miles each time.) I like to try and get 40 miles in a week. Quote Link to comment
