Life got hectic and stressful and so much upheaval but life is calmer now and I NEED to get back into caring about me. First st step is sleep patterns. Then exercise. Then eating. But I digress. It's so easy to get knocked off track, I can't count the number of times it's happened to me too. Ugh.
