holy schnikes!!!

Quick update. weigh 244. Goal of 200. Weight loss has slowed but losing a lot of belly fat which sucks because i keep forgetting to fix my leather belts. All of mine don't have enough holes. When i first started on here, i could barely bench 135 once, today did it 12x. And my deadlift is now 245 for 5 reps.

Also, I wish I could almost bench that much. I can barely bench the bar @ 45lbs. XD
