erg-cough

More erging. You're sucking in a lot of air during an erg workout, and it irritates your throat. Eventually, you'll get used to it if you row enough. I row regularly, and that doesn't bother me much anymore. Short of that, I'm not really sure.

Never think of pain or danger or enemies a moment longer than is necessary to fight them. -Ayn Rand

Amongst those less skilled you can see all this energy escaping through contorted faces, gritted teeth and tight shoulders that consume huge

amounts of effort but contribute nothing to achieving the task.

Also helps if the air is humid.

Be careful. I've known people to get lung infections when you combine exhausting cardio workouts with dry air. The fact that you're irritating your lungs AND likely compromising your immune system creates a bad environment in there.

Why must I put a name on the foods I choose to eat and how I choose to eat them? Rather than tell people that I eat according to someone else's arbitrary rules, I'd rather just tell them, I eat healthy. And no, my diet does not have a name.My daily battle log!
