Prairieknitwit Posted April 13, 2016 Report Share Posted April 13, 2016 I re-started Zombies Run 5 K training after an embarrassingly long hiatus (Zombielink had my last workout as last July.....ooof) I stopped C25K over the summer/fall and switched to hiking 1-2 times a week and not really running. Then I took pretty much the whole winter off. Today, I started back at the beginning of the week I left off and found I was able to jog for 3 minutes without stopping during the 10-minute freeform run at the end of the workout, and I didn't trigger my asthma.
