Just Hit 20 lbs!!!

I just hit the 20 pound milestone. I've been working on this since early December and am astounded at the progress I've made. This is a great site...I've tried all kinds of other ways to get more fit and lose fat and nothing has worked like the Nerd Fitness Community!

By the way, is the advanced body weight routine just kicking anyone else's ass? My wife watched my suffer through last night looking at me like I was some kind of masochist.
