No longer a Rookie

Recommended Posts

So time for a woot. I finally finished the Rebel Fitness Guide - rookie level workouts. It took me longer than the 4 weeks (about 6), but I finally did it!

Now that I've accomplished that step, I think I'm going to give Convict Conditioning a try. Hoping to woot again soon! And thanks to everyone for their help so far. Nerds rule. It's a fact. Check Wikipedia if you don't believe me.

Good work.

I'm doing Convict Conditioning and finding it great. Yet to start the handstand moves, but working through the push up and pull up stuff.

This is my weekly Blog, From Fat to Bat; one man's journey to be Batman...

This is my Intro thread...

Thanks guys! I'm down 9 pounds from when I started. I did some beginning photos and some photos right after I finished the rookie level. Can't tell much difference from the front, but from the side you can see the gut getting smaller. From the back, my lats have really started to get bigger. Pretty happy with that.
