It took me longer than the 4 weeks (about 6), but I finally did it!Now that I've accomplished that step, I think I'm going to give Convict Conditioning a try. Hoping to woot again soon! Rhino Posted February 15, 2012 Author Report Share Posted February 15, 2012 Thanks guys! I'm down 9 pounds from when I started. I did some beginning photos and some photos right after I finished the rookie level. Can't tell much difference from the front, but from the side you can see the gut getting smaller. From the back, my lats have really started to get bigger. Pretty happy with that. Quote Link to comment
