Igaduma Posted April 28, 2016 Report Share Posted April 28, 2016 I've been here... yay! then I deserted... :-/ but now I'm back! Going to the gym was ok and worked reasonably well, but the gym was to far away, took to much time... there were just to much factors not (or not completely) under my control that could either prevent me from doing my workouts or give me a really good sounding excuse for not working out. So now I'm going to try a different way. I've read convict conditioning. What I've read seems to make sense to me. So I'm going to try that. Perhaps, depending on how well it all goes, I'll try to fit in my local variant of couch to 5k. I like the idea of being able to run 5k. I would spend more time outside too, which is a plus.
