Great articles and lots of good info on the message board here.I'm a 42yr old married male, not out of shape but not exactly in shape. I've been 155lbs for 20 years now and needed to do something to make sure I stay healthy for the rest of my life. I also needed to get in better shape for riding.My wife has been doing cardio kickboxing for 11 years now and her gym is slowly switching over to mostly crossfit. After doing some research I decided that this is what I'd like to do. It helps that our gym put on a "Race Across Canada" crossfit challenge that started in Jan. Both my wife and I joined up and love it. She likes the crossfit so much that she is going to continue on with the WOD when the "Race" is over.We're also switching to more of a Paleo diet. We've cut back on a lot of the junk we eat and eat more veggies and meats.Anyways, carry on. Quote Link to comment
