Swiss Balls: Comparison Shopping

Recommended Posts

Quick question; are swiss balls one of those things where you get what you pay for? Or one of those things where you're just paying for the label?

I'm inclined to think that it's the latter, and that the only difference between this one and this one is that they're charging me £20 to write 'Adidas' on it, and for the 20cm size difference. Is that the case?

I'm super broke right now, which is why I'm being so cautious.

I highly doubt you'll notice any difference. There are a few kicking around in my gym, and I use them interchangeably without any noticeable differences. If you're on the small side, I'd stay away from anything too huge, but that's about it. Save your cash and buy a new shirt so you'll look bangin' on your non-Adidas physio ball.

Amongst those less skilled you can see all this energy escaping through contorted faces, gritted teeth and tight shoulders that consume huge

amounts of effort but contribute nothing to achieving the task.
