Workout an additional 2 times per week for 30+ minutes / workout (done)4. Run one mile without stopping (done)5. Complete Fight for Air Climb on 2/19 (Done today, 804 steps, 45 flights, what a burn)6. Learn about Paleo diet to be able to adhere to it (done)7. Avoid deep fried foods the entire challenge (done)8. Cook at least 3 meals per week that area paleo + dairy (done)9. Read at least one survivalist book (done)10. Learn how to pick locks (done)The weight loss and Fight for Air Climb were the big ones. I can't fathom that I lost 18 lbs in 7 weeks, or that I climbed 45 flights of stairs in ~10 minutes given where I was just 2 months ago. Unreal.
