Trying to to identify some long and short term goals to help you focus on and make it easier to track progress. One goal I've set with my wife is for us to both be able to complete a 3 hour hike together by September. We're going to do that by starting with an hour walk this weekend and slowly building up to it. The more specific you are with goals, the better. Good luck with with it all.
