Aaaand I'm back. Life got in the way pretty badly last year (college, family stuff, etc.) and I quit, but now things are good again! Last year I managed to keep a steady workout routine for about a month and then failed, but now I'm already almost three months into following my schedule perfectly and no way that momentum is being lost anytime soon. I've been going for a strength routine and have seen some minor progress in overall look, but major progress in my energy levels: I barely managed to do my workouts in the beginning (I do them about 5:30 AM), but now I'm just going at them without any resistance! Anyway, that's that, I guess. Should get into some challenge soon enough :D
