Darci Posted June 6, 2016 Report Share Posted June 6, 2016 Hey there! I'm new, sort of. I've been a pretty big lurker when it comes to Nerd Fitness, but I've finally made the commitment. So, about me. My name is Darci. I'm about a month away from my 22nd birthday. Senior in college. My biggest problems right now are self-control and persistent...and a little binge eating. I used to run a little, and was at a decent weight. In the past year, I battled Major Depression and gained 50 pounds. So... I need to change my habits. I'm very much into Yoga and Meditation, but I want to work on cardio and weight training as well. I look forward to this journey with you all! *Also, here's a pic of me as a giraffe.
