My last pregnancy was not kind to my body (and my indulging in cravings for double bacon cheeseburgers didn't help). I've always been fairly active, but about a year ago decided to commit to myself to be healthy. Cleaned up my diet, started to do light cardio, and now that my knees aren't screwed up anymore I'm getting back into running and strength training. Joined Nerd Fitness in hopes of finding others on the same path. Quote Link to comment

I just started couch-to-5k last week and I went for my second "run" (ever) today, and it actually went by pretty quickly.
