Perpugiliam Posted June 19, 2016 Report Share Posted June 19, 2016 I work Sat to Tuesday 3rd shift. I manage strength training on Tues, Thurs, and Sunday then yoga on Mon and Wed. Mostly I workout right after work, before even going home. If I go home, I wouldn't ever get to the gym. On days off I work out in the morning, after eating breakfast. Juni0r83 Posted June 20, 2016 Report Share Posted June 20, 2016 I work 12 hour shifts, so if I'm working a workout is quite literally the only thing I do besides work, eat, shower and sleep. And yeah, sometimes that's on a weekend, but it generally just works out better for my shift rotation if I don't have to worry about lifting on the weekends.
