Hopewalker
I never know what to say. I am 50, a few years ago I lost 180 lbs and gained 80 back and stalled for five years. Well stalled is a weird term, I simply pretended I was trying. By the way that does not work. I deal with a lot of anxiety and depression and if I try to wing it and see how it goes that is usually a recipe for disaster. My default mode is playing Minecraft and playing with my dog. So, a new plan is in place. I wrote out long term and daily goals to keep me on a schedule of sorts and move me away from my hermitish tendencies. I am doing keto which works for me. Listening to podcasts and reading /r/keto. Glad to be here. Quote "Life shrinks or expands in proportion to ones courage" Link to comment
Shibs
Whoa, 180 pound loss is so incredible! Even if you have hit some roadbumps since then, that's an amazing accomplishment. Sounds like you know what to do, and it is all a matter of doing it (which is totally my problem too). If you need some support, or an accountability buddy, feel free to drop me a line! Quote "Mike!
