kylesolo
I figured this might be the best place to post this - but I can move this if necessary if there's a better spot to ask this question. I'm here today to ask about the cameras you use on your travels. I'm headed down under for two weeks this coming December, and I need to replace my camera as it no longer works consistently. I was wondering if anybody had any advice for what to bring or what works well on their travels. Here are some of the things I'm planning on doing: 1. take underwater pictures 2. take pictures of landscape 3. take pictures of myself - either as a selfie or using a timer The people I was talking to this weekend in Whistler were mostly fans of the GoPro; I've got other friends who use fancy cameras to take really good high quality pictures. I've started doing some research, and part of that is asking people what they think or their experiences. I like taking pictures, but I'm not really planning on editing or manipulating them afterwards. I don't need fancy, but I do need something durable. Any advice/suggestions/tips? Anything is much appreciated. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
