BUT! For the past few days she's been telling my I look good, AND! without adding any sort of "but..." to it! Before it was always "You look nice! But if you'd lose just a little bit more weight..." Now there are no qualifiers on her sentences! I haven't actually lost any weight; Crossfitting has re-distributed my mass and just made me look much better!
