a work out (no weights) for a noob trying to lose weight and fat

Hi,

I'm a 15 year old, and I am 5' 8" and weigh 140-145 pounds (it fluctuates). For the longest time, I had a really fast metabolism, and I never gained weight, and was almost always overweight, but now that metabolism has gone away, so I have to exercise to make up for it. I am looking for a workout routine that will help me lose weight and fat, but not have too much stress on my body. I don't have access, or have interest in using weights, so I'm looking for a workout that is purely cardio and things I can do with my body. any suggestions. also, I have started a challenge for myself where I attempt to run everyday, not focusing on distance, and staying consistent. would that also be good for reaching my goal? thanks a bunch
