Xambgii
I have no muscle whatsoever. I'm pretty lean but if you poke my arm or my thigh, it jiggles. And my stomach is nothing but flab. I also have no upperbody strength whatsoever. And I get knee pains. Any advice from you guys on how to fix this? And how could I incorporate a work out routine on a highschool student schedule? empeg9000
Well I am no expert but I started with the NF Beginner Body Weight Workout as a fat dude, still am a fat dude but getting smaller, but I don't see why it wouldn't work for a skinny dude. You could also work on your diet and up your protien, just clean up your diet (you didn't mention how you eat), or go paleo. Quote Check out my woodworking at peonywoodworks. Link to comment
helloterence
Strength training and eat right.Work out immediately after school or when you find the time. 20 minutes is still better than none. Quote Link to comment
Corbab
There are a lot of things you can do. The NF bodyweight workouts are great, and you can get a long way with them. If you want to become an absolute monster, and have access to a barbell and rack (at school or at the gym), check out a protocol like Starting Strength. It focuses on lots of weight for low reps, so you should be able to complete it in a fairly short amount of time.
