I feel some soreness coming tomorrow!!

Woot!! I did my first 3 circuit run on the beginner bodyweight routine! I have been doing 2 circuits for the past 2 weeks, but it was time to level up!

5 min warm-up (2x30 jumping jacks, running on spot in between)

3 x 20 bodyweight squats

3 x 10 pushups (gonna try at least 12 next time, didn't quite feel max'd out on that one)

3 x 20 lunges (this one tells you if your balance is iffy lol)

3 x 10 inverted rows (that was a max.. ouch)

40sec, 45sec, and 35sec planks

3 x 30 jumping jacks.

Feel energized!!!
