He had forgotten to put a 2.5lb plate on one side. He had a funny look on his face as he struggled to lift the bar up level with each rep. I was in a half rack resting after my 4th set of barbell rows, just trying to catch my breath so I could go for set 5 and call it a day. A pair of guys walk up to me and tap me on the shoulder. When I took the music out of my ears I'm asked "Hey, are you doing curls?" "No, I'm just finishing up my rows" "Oh. Ok" *turns to buddy* "What's a row and why does it have to be done in the curl rack?" ......I made it a point to stick my butt out as far as I could at them when I bent over to do my last set of rows. I had to google curl rack. "You see, for your deadlifts, most women shouldn't need to lift more than 10 pounds per side of the bar, that way you're not putting on too much mass" I almost dropped the bar trying not to laugh.... 4 Link to comment

He also told me I needed to be doing some more leg lifts so I could get definition in my abs. He, however, is a bean pole with no definition. I suspect he was putting on his Cpt.
