Hello everyone!

 

First of all I'm so glad I found this website and these forums, I used to think I HATED exercise, and then I thought about lifting weights, found this website, read about every page, watched a billion YouTube videos and then finally hit the weights section of the gym!

 

Well about me... I'm from London, UK but currently live in Bali, Indonesia (can't complain!) I wouldn't say I classify myself as a nerd but I'm definitely more suited here compared to other websites forums I've looked on! I've never been a fitness fanatic and I'm probably at the lowest point in my fitness level I've ever been (I'm 26 btw). I've always been quite skinny and seem to eat whatever and never put weight on, so right now I just wanna get strong and be able to lift heavy sh*t. This is the first time in my life I've ever joined a gym and I haven't been exercising regularly since I left school I guess. I used to walk EVERYWHERE but since living in Bali I'm always on my scooter.

 

Right now I'm following my own sorta made up program (I got info for the basis of this website) and it's going okay! I think there's another section in the forums where to post your program so I'll go there.
