CH Push Ups 4x20,10,8,5 - Hand placement center of chest.

KB Sit Ups 3x10,10,5 (10 lb) Trying something new.

Hanging BW Rows 2x3,2 (Center chest/leaned back)

 

2.26 mi run in 26:32 min

 

First time running in a while. I am going to feel this in the morning. lol

I felt pretty good today. I gave the 32 kg a shot and I made 2 Rungs, so I was pretty happy with that. ?

KB Ladders

2 Rungs (1,2=3)

32 kg DB KB Clean/Press

32 kg DB KB Squats

32 kg DB KB Rows

32 kg DB KB Floor Press (Neg rep at the end.)

 

2 Rungs (1,2=3)

28 kg DB KB Clean/Press

28 kg DB KB Squats

28 kg DB KB Rows

28 kg DB KB Floor Press (Neg rep at the end.)

 

28 kg DB KB Crunch 3x6

Now it time to get back to work. Took the rest of the week off after last Monday. Just feeling beat up and need to rest the bones.

24 kg DB KB Floor Press (Neg on the last one of each rung.)
