inkDrone Posted August 18, 2016 Report Share Posted August 18, 2016 I have found myself getting lost in all the quests. "Keep a sleep journal!" "Drink x amount of water every day!" "Clean out your closet!" "Eat this and this and stop eating this for Level 3 Nutrition!" How do you guys keep all this stuff straight? Anim07734 Posted August 19, 2016 Report Share Posted August 19, 2016 I recommend simplifying. If you can't keep track of all your quests, then you're trying to do too much at once. Pick one or two and work on making them a habit before adding more.
