Got complimented on my form!

I've been struggling to get past 150lbs on my squat so went back down to 120lbs, slowly building back up with more reps and giving form all my focus (with some help from my fellow rebels).

 

I was already pretty happy this morning when all the racks were busy and this guy offered to let me work in with him (which can be a total pain but we made it work).

I took it as a sign that he didn't think I was a weak little girl who was going to keep asking him to remove all the plates off the bar :victorious:

 

AND after my second work set, this other guy next to us came over to tell me I had really good form, and highlighted how I was going below parallel, which (he said) not many people do.

 

Did my third set with a huge smile on my face :D
