Ahoy hoy--"ranger" reporting in.

Long time reader, first time poster. My background is as follows: I've been running 3-4 times a week for about a year. I ran my first half marathon in November. I recently added weight lifting 2-3 times a week and have really enjoyed it.

I know awhile back there were some posts on "classes"; i.e., warrior, ranger. I'm looking for threads, groups, etc., devoted to rangers--strength training plus distance running.

Any advice? Looking forward to connecting with you folks.
