halfsasquatch
I've been lurking on this site for a while now and basically "collecting underpants". Now that I'm back at university for the fall and my routine is a bit more stable I'm planning on starting to workout again, something that does not come naturally to me. 1 Quote Link to comment

The lone wolfie
hi Welcome to the rebellion If you havn't been working out for a long time i suggest you start slowly, ie with the simple ones.Early burnouts are one main reason for failures. Make a program plan or select a ready-made work out from the net. There are many in NF itself. I recently came across this in the forums yesterday, It looked good Always do the workouts you enjoy, the lack of fun is another reason people drop out 1 Quote If you want something, go get it. Akura
Welcome! In the beginning it's more important to build some habits rather than achieving a certain fitness goal. So if you have problems getting from collecting underpants to using them, start simple: Walk every day for 15 minutes instead of planning complex jogging schedules. Do bodyweight training at home instead of subscribing to a gym and not going there. And, as ajoylucid said: Do what you enjoy! Not what you think is "right".
